Time for presentation
The allocated time for oral presentation is 30 min for keynote lectures (20 min + 10 min questions) and 20 min for invited lectures (15 min + 5 min questions).
Speakers are advised to use the 16:9 format for their slides.
Poster Recommandation
The recommended size for posters is A0.
There will be two poster sessions. Posters with odd numbers will be displayed on Tuesday evening (poster session 1), while those with even numbers will be displayed on Friday evening (poster session 2).
The list of posters with their respective numbers will be displayed in the ‘book of abstracts’.
Boat Trip & Gala Dinner
The boat trip will start near the Cathedral, at the docks between Palais Rohan and the Historical Museum of the City of Strasbourg.
The gala dinner will take place at the restaurant Le Tigre.
